Customer taps Check In

Your branded home screen greets every visitor on the studio kiosk. New customers fill in their details; returning customers look themselves up by phone number or date of birth in seconds.

Pick their artist & describe the work

The customer selects their technician from a clean card grid and optionally describes the tattoo or piercing. The check-in record is created instantly and appears on the technician's dashboard.

Sign the digital waiver

Your custom consent form is displayed on-screen. The customer signs with a finger or stylus. The signature is encrypted and permanently linked to their check-in record — no paper to file, scan, or lose.

Done — have a seat

A confirmation screen is shown to the customer. The technician's dashboard updates live. After the session, the technician submits the payment form and checks the customer out — one clean, complete record.
